Hey there 👋
I’m Alexandro. I was born in Tijuana, Mexico and raised in the sweltering heat of Indio, CA.
My first involvement in the arts was when I joined the after school chorus program in the third grade. After doing that for three years, I then joined band and played trumpet for another three years. I eventually got back into chorus my freshman year of high school and immersed myself in drama and show chorus. Through my involvement I got to do shows like Aladdin Jr. (Genie), Little Shop Of Horrors (Seymour), and 13 (Archie).
It took me a bit of time to get back into the performing arts. A whopping 10 year hiatus came to an end when I began doing virtual performances during the pandemic. Through these experience, I was able to get back on to stage for the first time in 12 years when I performed in A Kid at the 2022 SheLA Theatre Festival in Hollywood.
I’ve taken intro and warm-up courses with The Groundlings and Real Voice LA, as well as taking the Meisner course at the Don Bloomfield Actors Studio in North Hollywood.
Outside of the arts I’ve worked in radio, being so incredibly fortunate to have had some time to work at ESPN Los Angeles. I’m also a former credentialed sports blogger, building a brand that had over 1.2 million visits. Pretty cool if you ask me.
I currently work in post-production, which always presents me with something new everyday.
When I’m not working I’m at home cooking with my wife, game (probably more than I should), binge watch shows, and watch the Padres (break my heart) during baseball season.
